diagnostics. It's a stock nissan feature (since what you have is a chipped nissan ECU). You turn it one way, then back - and count the sequence of red flashes that come from the LED on the side of the ECU - also flashes the check engine light in sequence when in diagnostic mode. As for the ECU... could be anything, is there any numbers or data that you can give us? perhaps numbers that would tell us what injectors are used? It's more than likely a stage 3 chip not unlike the JWT or Ashspec in the states - but no way to guarantee that without some more info.
